- Published illustrator for 3 children's book series
- Expert in digital illustration, sketching, and character design
- Former teaching artist at SFMOMA youth programs

— Marcus Chen
Programs designed for growth
From first crayon strokes to polished portfolio pieces — each program meets students exactly where they are in their artistic journey.
Discovery
Creative Foundations
Young artists explore basic shapes, lines, and colors through playful exercises. We focus on building confidence with a brush and pencil while encouraging each child's natural creative instincts. Perfect for beginners.
Development
Technique & Expression
Students deepen their skills with structured lessons in perspective, shading, and color theory. We introduce multiple mediums—acrylics, charcoal, ink—helping each artist discover their preferred forms of expression.
Mastery
Advanced Portfolio
For serious young artists preparing for art school or professional work. Students develop a cohesive body of 12–20 pieces, master documentation, and craft artist statements that communicate their unique vision.
